The hotel had a friendly and helpful staff that was able to offer tours. It was located in a dynamic area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. the room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious, and everything was clean.
During our last two nights, there was construction work going on in the street and building next door, which disturbed our sleep. this was nothing related to the hotel itself.

I had an amazing stay at a charming boutique hotel in Hanoi. The location was perfect, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff were pretty good too ensure I had a pleasant stay, taking care of all my needs. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Great value for the price. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others. a fantastic experience!

It was close to a lot of Cafe & restaurants and the beautiful Joseph Cathedral. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, our room was spacious and super clean. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with lots of fresh fruits.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful during my business trip. They gave good recommendations for local food and arranged transportation to my meetings. The breakfast offered a good variety of food options and was included in the room rate. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city's main attractions, including a nearby cathedral and lake. Another good aspect was the clean and comfortable rooms.
One negative aspect was the water temperature in the shower, which was almost cold during my stay. some rooms required taking several flights of stairs to reach, which might not be suitable for all guests.
